-If you have to study a lot, try to start from the morning in the sun light, because is healthier and helps also to concentrate in your studies.
-Buy products that aren't exported from other countries, it helps for the economy of your country and also doesn't contaminate because of the transport.
-Try don't use electrical machines to warm, because the 70% of the energy is lose before coming home.
