It is difficult to decide what measures can we use to prevent the increasing of climate change, as there are many possibilities. We have to think that small changes in our lives would make a big difference, and we have to become aware of ourselves to perform these tasks before attempting awareness to others. I ask myself what sense does it make do demand something from others you yourself do not fullfil.Why ask others to be aware, if you yourself are not able to do simple things like turning off the tap while brushing my teeth, turn off the light in the room when I'm not in it, put a full bottle in the toilet tank to save water, plant a tree and take care of it, making also sure that this tree is native, not using plastic bags, reduce consumption of non-toxic and biodegradable products with excess plastic wrap, promote community sanitation work of rivers and aquifers, as they are a resource that will soon be exhausted, use rechargeable batteries, use public transport, if it is possible avoid using air conditioning or heating.
All these everyday things can bring about a big change, if you yourself and your families became aware of them, and take them seriously before demanding them from others.

My Opinion: I'm glad that most of people understand what i want for aware other people. But i think that we can do it, with all this ideas, because in this blog we show that we want to aware because we know of what are we talking, and the people see that they can believe us when we say that we need this measures for help ourselves, and save the earth, and if the see that it is a need, they'll help.
I totally agree with you when you say that, we ask people to be aware about the climate change but we are not really aware about it. We can't demand people to do things that we don't do in our lives.

When we, in our homes, start doing something useful for the environment, THEN, that's when we should say / suggest to others to do that too. That is when we bring every grain that any of us have done and it takes effect on Earth.
